Terms and Conditions
Operated by Vaish Services LLP. Please read these terms carefully. By accessing or using FirstConnection, you agree to be bound by these policies.
Last revised: May 6, 2026. These terms govern the use of all services offered under the FirstConnection platform, including candidate experiences, recruiter tools, and institution-facing products.
1. Welcome to FirstConnection
FirstConnection is an AI-driven career ecosystem connecting students and professionals directly with recruiters through DTR Connect and AI-vetted assessments such as Credo Room. These Terms apply to our website, mobile application, and all services operated by Vaish Services LLP.
2. Account Types and Registration
Candidate accounts must be created with accurate educational and professional information. Recruiter accounts must use a verified work email or LinkedIn profile. Institution accounts are intended for colleges managing campus placements through our dashboard.
3. DTR Connect and Mentorship Services
All communication must happen through FirstConnection systems. Sharing personal mobile numbers or private emails to bypass platform controls is a violation of these Terms. Users must maintain professional conduct in every session.
4. Credo Room and AI Assessments
By entering Credo Room, you consent to recording and AI-led evaluation. Credo Scores and Logic Patch outputs are assessment tools intended to support decision-making and do not guarantee employment outcomes.
5. Payments, Earnings and Withdrawals
Payments made for sessions are held in escrow by FirstConnection until the session is successfully completed. Recruiter withdrawals are released only after verification. Refund rules are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your resume and profile content, but you grant us a limited license to use that material to deliver our services and improve the platform. The FirstConnection brand, Credo Room, Buddy Agent, and associated designs remain the exclusive property of Vaish Services LLP.
7. Limitation of Liability
FirstConnection is a platform and not an employer. We do not guarantee job offers, salary outcomes, or hiring decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for claims arising out of the service will not exceed INR 100.00.
8. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Unauthorized use of bots, scripts, or attempts to scrape recruiter or candidate data is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that circumvents our payment system, shares personal contact information in violation of the platform rules, or engages in fraudulent behavior during assessments or sessions.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Noida or Greater Noida, or through courts of competent jurisdiction in the same region.
