Terms and Conditions
Operated by Vaish Services LLP. Please read these terms carefully. By accessing or using FirstConnection, you agree to be bound by these policies.
Effective and last updated: September 1, 2026. These terms govern the use of all services offered under the FirstConnection platform, including candidate experiences, recruiter tools, and institution-facing products.
1. Eligibility
You must provide accurate and complete information. Users under 18 may use FirstConnection only with parent or lawful guardian involvement where required by law.
2. FirstConnection Services
Services may include career guidance, assessments, Bharat Audit, Interview Arena, resume analysis, skill programs, recruiter connections, Campus Connect, jobs, internships and employer tools. Exact deliverables, duration and pricing are shown at registration or purchase.
3. AI-Generated Information
AI assessments, recommendations, interview feedback and matches provide decision support only. They do not guarantee admission, employment, internship, salary, promotion, recruiter selection, visa approval or any particular career outcome.
4. Recruiter and Job Opportunities
FirstConnection may facilitate candidate-employer connections, but employers independently decide eligibility, shortlisting, interviews, compensation and hiring. A submitted profile or assessment does not guarantee an interview or offer.
5. User Account
You are responsible for accurate information, account security and reporting unauthorised access. Impersonation, fraudulent profiles, false qualifications, misleading documents, assessment manipulation and security circumvention are prohibited.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of resumes, recordings, responses and documents you submit. You grant FirstConnection a limited right to host, process, analyse and display them as needed to provide the service. Recruiter or college sharing occurs only under the selected service, applicable permissions and Privacy Policy.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the platform unlawfully, upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data without permission, manipulate assessments, abuse users, infringe rights, distribute spam or interfere with operations. Accounts involved may be suspended or terminated.
8. Payments
Paid-service prices are displayed before purchase unless governed by a written commercial arrangement. Authorised third parties may process payments. We do not store complete card, UPI or banking credentials unless expressly stated.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Conditions may differ where access, an assessment, a live session or another service has already started or been delivered.
10. Intellectual Property
FirstConnection trademarks, software, content, assessment frameworks, methodologies, videos, graphics, designs and technology are owned by or licensed to FirstConnection and may not be commercially reproduced without written permission.
11. Third-Party Services
We may integrate payment, communication, cloud, analytics, scheduling and recruitment providers. Their services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
12. Disclaimer
Except where expressly stated in writing, FirstConnection does not guarantee an educational, employment, recruitment, salary or career outcome. Availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues and third-party services.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FirstConnection is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms and publish the revised date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts having jurisdiction at Noida, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction.
