Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective date: September 1, 2026. This policy applies to services offered by Vaish Services LLP through the FirstConnection platform.

FirstConnection handles live sessions, subscriptions, recruitment mandates, and partner services. The terms below explain when cancellations are allowed and when refunds are eligible.

1. General Principle

  • Eligibility depends on the product, whether access or delivery has started, third-party costs already incurred and terms shown at purchase.
  • A product-specific policy or written agreement prevails where one applies.

2. Digital Products

  • Refunds may not be available once digital access, content, an assessment, report or another digital service has been provided or consumed, except where required by law or expressly agreed.

3. Courses and Programs

  • A request before commencement may qualify after deduction of disclosed non-refundable charges.
  • After materials, sessions, assessments or services commence, refunds may be restricted. Terms shown at purchase prevail.

4. Career Assistance and Counselling

  • A session may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before its scheduled time.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows may be non-refundable.

5. Interview Arena, DTR and Bharat Audit

  • Activated or consumed Interview Arena sessions may be refundable only for the unused portion under product terms.
  • DTR access does not guarantee a job or interview; eligibility depends on whether the service started or was delivered.
  • An initiated, scheduled, attempted or completed Bharat Audit may be non-refundable.

6. Failed Transactions and Processing

  • Debited but unconfirmed payments are generally reconciled or reversed by the payment provider.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank and gateway timelines may apply.
  • Email payment@firstconnection.in with name, registered contact, product, transaction ID, payment date and reason.
  • Fully delivered services, consumed access, completed assessments, no-shows, false user information and Terms violations may be non-refundable, subject to law.
