Payment Policy
Effective date: 1 September 2026
1. Payment methods
We may accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, payment gateways and other methods displayed during checkout.
2. Confirmation
A payment is successful only after confirmation from the payment gateway or our payment system. A bank debit alone does not confirm an order.
3. Failed transactions
If a transaction fails, the order may remain incomplete. Debited amounts not received by us are generally reconciled or reversed by the payment provider.
4. Incorrect or duplicate payment
Contact app@firstconnection.in with your name, registered contact, transaction ID, amount and payment date.
5. Taxes
Applicable taxes, including GST, may be added to the displayed price. A tax invoice may be provided where applicable.
6. Providers and fraud prevention
Payments are processed by authorised third parties. We may delay, reject or review a transaction where fraud, misuse, identity mismatch or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected.
